Cornbread

Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 C yellow cornmeal
  • 3/4 C all-purpose flour
  • 2 T sugar
  • 2 1/4 t baking powder
  • 1 t salt
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1 1/4 C (10 oz.) Plain 0% Chobani Greek Yogurt
  • 1/8 C butter, melted

Preparation

1. Preheat oven to 400° F. In a large bowl, combine the dry ingredients.

2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, Chobani Greek Yogurt, and melted butter. Stir mixture into dry ingredients just until blended.

3. Pour into a greased 8-in square-baking pan. Bake 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean.
